• Booking Policy: Neem Tree Hotel does not offer online bookings. All reservations must be made directly at the property or through official contact channels. Availability is confirmed based on real-time room status.
• Check-in / Check-out: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
• Payment Terms: Full payment must be made at the time of check-in. We accept all major payment modes including cash, UPI, and cards. No advance or online payment facility is available.
• Cancellation Policy: As bookings are handled directly, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be communicated in person or via phone. Refunds, if any, will be processed as per management discretion.
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. Additional charges may apply in such cases.
• Privacy: Guest details collected at check-in are kept confidential and used solely for internal purposes or as required by law enforcement.
• Use of Content: All logos, trademarks, and content on this site are property of Neem Tree Hotel. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
